The global financial and commodity markets have been in significant distress. In addition, the ethanol industry has been facing its own challenges with non existent margins and fuel companies capturing all of ethanol's value. Global's assets continue to run very well and are continuing to have an improving run rate. The focus of the company is to continue to improve output and efficiencies and position itself for the industry recovery. Global is very well positioned to move into the next phase as the RFS and other market forces come into play. From a safety and enviorment perspective we continue to drive home the practice of hazard identification, risk assesment and implementing controls in order to prevent incidents on site, and in this coming quarter we have a large project going on to create a risk register identifying all enviromental risks on our sites. This large task is part of our goal to create an effective enviromental management system ( EMS ) that we believe will help us to be a leader in sustainable operations in the industry. We have also completed the initial implementation stages of our computerized maintenance management system ( CMMS ). Eventualy, we will be able to track exactly how many hours and how much money is spent on each piece of equipment in our plants, as well as having the system tell us when we need to change parts or oil. So all in all, we are happy to report that the projects started almost two years ago as part of Project Operational Excellence are starting to pay off and we believe these improvements will continue, resulting in plants that you can be proud of as shareholders.
